Hello, all! This is my first post, and its a request for some guidance from all of you have inspired me so much while I've been lurking here. I'm a stay at home mom, with not much occasion to dress up, but Ive really been trying to kick it up a notch. I find thats more easily accomplished when the weather is cool, because layering always makes an outfit feel more well planned and deliberate. But now its warmer. ugh.
So, I enjoy a dress now and then, but when I'm volunteering at the school or doing more active errands, my uniform is jeans and a vneck tee. I've tried button-down blouses, but I always have gapping at the bust, or they're too oversized to be attractive. I've tried shell blouses, but the round neck line, imo, isnt as slimming as my preferred vneck or cowl neck neckline. Can anyone point me in the direction of some tops that can be worn without a jacket to help dress them up? Thanks so much!
