What to pair with these?

The picture doesn't do these pants justice. I purchased these to fulfill DH's request for more red in my wardrobe. I plan to pair them with Red, Black,Grey, White and Chambray. Was wondering what other suggestions anyone has?

You look great in bright pink. How about pink or orange or all three together? I know it screams Christmas, but how about green? Maybe an olive or lime would not look so traditional.

These are definitely fun pants! I think the chambray would look great, as do Joy's suggestions, and you might also try a very light clear blue to balance the brightness of the red. I look forward to hearing what other forum members suggest.

Love these! I'm a big fan of a statement trouser. I am, however, horrible at colour choices so I'll leave that to the experts. Joy's suggestions sound great! If they were in my wardrobe (which I wish they were!) I'd be most likely to pair with white or soft blue to let the pants stand out.

I can picture a cobalt blue fluid top. Then, pick up the cobalt blue again in the shoes.

The first combination that comes to my mind (for some reason) is Khaki! I love red & khaki together,be that a blouse or maybe the pants with a white blouse and a khaki blazer.

It would also go great with a denim shirt I feel ☺

My first thoughts were olive, chambray and white. I also can see turquoise and cobalt now others mention them. Black and grey could work too, but I think the others are more fun!

I love the idea of turquoise or orange. I think you could definitely do an earthy tone like olive but the red is so clear and bright I would be inclined to go big (and I know you are not afraid of big style!). I love these pants, BtW. Great graphic pattern. They would be terrific with Chelsea boots to underscore the Mod 60s vibe.

Black, white, and red would definitely work. Beige / tan would also work. I think dark blue, at least for shoes, would work. I'd have to see the chambray with them to have an opinion. Not that it wouldn't necessarily work, I'd just have to see the combination myself.
