What size wrist watch?

Hubby is buying me a really nice lifetime watch. (It will be a special pressie . I want to make sure it won’t date. I am rather trend conscious. I won’t be getting another one. I’m not a small woman 5’7’’ medium boned.
Should I get a 29x26 case size or a 29x31. Thanks in advance. ❤️

Can you make a mockup of each of the sizes? Sometimes when I have to make decisions like these, I take an index card and draw the item according to the measurements. Then I cut it out and put it on my wrist, ear, etc. (depending on the item). That helps me know what the item will look like on me.

Gigi that is genius! If it is an iWatch for functionality, however for looks my preference is generally smaller.

I can't speak as to whether a larger size or smaller size will remain in fashion. But this interactive guide is useful for online watch shoppers. It has a choice of 3 wrist sizes (5.75, 6.5, 7.0) and lets you "try on" watch case sizes from 20 mm to 44 mm.

I think timeless depends on your frame and personal style. If you have broader wrists or large bones and a statement making personal style, a small watch would look off imo. I have small wrists and dress generally in quiet tones and styles so a big (or even normal sized) watch is something of a statement on me.
