I am wondering what kind of shoes to wear with these pants with a black and white blouse. Can I wear flats, booties or a wedge.

flats, wedgies or booties any or all of these can work, depending on what and where you are wearing with them....as well as where the pants hit you...

If these pants hit you at the ankle (as on the model), I would avoid flats, unless you are exceptionally tall. Wearing flats with ankle-length pants can make the legs look short.

You could wear booties, but I would make sure that the shaft of the booties is high, very near the hem of the pants. This will help keep the long line of the leg.

I'm not sure about a wedge; I've never worn them and do not know how they would look with ankle pants.

I have seen some ankle strap flats that might work with something like this. I suspect that they would not make your leg look as short as a traditional flat. I don't have any in my finds to show you.

I am petite 5'1 so I like the idea of wearing a bootie with a bit of a heel or I could do heels. Ugh decisions.

Icsn't wear heels so would wear a flat with an ankle strap to help close the gap or a wedge in your nude shade. I've yet to master wearing booties with pants like this but am sure that you could wear them.
