Those all sound great! I had fun seeing some of them being acquired.
Two items bought in spring at end of season, as weather was warming up:
Brown leather jacket--not cropped but slightly fitted. Really lovely soft leather. I really felt the slightly longer hip-skimming length is best for me if I'm trying to wear it with a lot of things--work trousers as well as jeans-- and when I put it on it was just love. I thought it looked great and elevated everything I wore it with, the few times I was able to before it was too hot. This was a JJill item, a completely random sale find in the store after I'd sworn off them because their stuff has turned out to be too big or too boxy for me, and I had no plans to get buy anything leather, but this was cut more slim than any of their usual stuff. Anyway, if it turns out my "eye" is bad and it's looking dated, I'm gonna wear it anyway. This is also part of my Great Leather Epiphany, which I will describe sometime.
Raspberry trench coat. A nice deep saturated color, not screamin' pink, that I think is a good color on me. Thought I would have worn this ere now, but like many places, we have had severe drought and killer hot weather. First time I've tried a colorful coat for work, and part of Wear More Great Colors epiphany.
