I agree with rachylou - it has a slightly 'rough' feel to it, but is too well draped to be pure linen (maybe a blend?)

Do you happen to have a clearer photo? Unfortunately the blurred movement makes it difficult to make out the details, but is it thinly striped? I'm wondering if it could be seersucker in particular...?.

I agree, some sort of cotton or maybe sometimes called shirting fabric.
