I am trying to plan to my spring purchases, and jeans are the backbone of my wardrobe as I wear them almost all the time. I do have a large selection. Most are premium, though occasionally I will get a non-premium pair in a fun trend I expect to be short-lived (e.g. like mint last spring).
I would like to add a premium pair of light wash, with fading but no holes etc. jeans this season, as those seem to go best with seasons trend of pastels and light colors. Plus I do not own any such jeans.
What I do have in lighter washes are:
1. a non-premium pair of skinnies that are light pastel blue and not denim, more like colored jeans, that I wear pretty rarely
2. a premium pair of straight jeans that are quire faded but uniform in wash. They are also too big with my current weight loss and look quite BF-esque.
3. a very old premium pair of classic (wider) bootcuts there are medium wash with a bit of fading.

I have found a denim wash by COH that looks very attractive to me. It comes in both normal skinny cut and baby bootcuts, and I just can not seem to decide which one would make more sense considering current trends and what I already own. I would not probably get them for another one or two months, but am trying to come up with a good spring shopping list. I would want the jeans to fit properly, not sluchy or oversized, as a lot of my current jeans are fitting pretty loose with my weight loss.

So, skinnies or baby bootcuts?
