Since joining the YLF forum a few weeks ago, I've strictly forced myself to only buy things that I love and think fit in with my style (whatever that may be). I took a little vacation, so there was a bit more purchasing than usual, but I thought it would be fun to show and tell.
1-2 - sweater (Target) and boots (store in Colombia on vacation).
The sweater is so perfect for FL because it settles my need for a cozy knit but is short sleeved for the 60s-70s we're still having. The belt came with it but I'll definitely replace with a nicer one. I'm thinking I'll cut off the little belt loops, too, so I can wear it with no belt or position the belt where I like.
The boots bought on vacation were kind of a necessity since it was colder than I expected. I justified by buying gray, which I didn't have.
3 - wearing all my new accessories together (didn't actually wear this outfit like this). Necklace from an outdoor market on vacation, gold cuff from a jewelry store on vacation, narrow brown leather belt from a store on vacation
4 - dark purple knit dress (Loft) which I am quite certain was made for me. It fits so well and fulfills my desire for longer hemlines this fall.
