I know I have been sporadic at best on the forums lately. Between work, kids, and gaining weight, fashion has been at the bottom of my priority list.
That, and I recently wrote a book that will be published on April 10th. That took a ton of time, and it was a lot of bottom-to-chair, so not helping the losing weight goal. You can see the book here, if interested.
One of my goals this year is to try to figure out a way to either get "okay" with the weight gain, or figure out how to permanently lose it.
I'd choose option 2 if I had any idea how to make that happen As someone who has been "eating healthy" and making "lifestyle changes" for 30 years, and whose weight has still never been under control, I don't want to give up, but I do have a healthy dose of skepticism.
Either way, I will need to seriously address my wardrobe!
