A pair of clogs. Still haven't found them yet though. Have 2 orphan pairs, 2 pairs which have been returned and another pair I'm deciding on but fear they may be returned, all I want is a pair of comfy clogs is that too much to ask? x
I have so much already that I don't think I have a "must" have !
Though I would like a utility jacket that is light enough to wear as a shirt. I also spotted a denim dress at Land's End that I would like. It buttons all the way down, so I could wear it over another dress as a duster....
A dress I'll adore and wear as much as my faithful wardrobe workhorse of a red woolen dress that's been the most expensive item I had bought this autumn/winter, and has probably came down to a price per wear of £1.
A lined trenchcoat in green, purple, cream or cobalt blue is very high on my list. Our Springs are often chilly and rainy and I only have one unlined trench, definitely not enough. For the same reason: knee-high boots in a lighter colour and ankle boots in a fun bright colour. I know, it doesn't sound very spring-y but I'm going to be over the moon if I find these;-)
I'm with QueenMum--nude stacked wedges. But NO CORK. Cork is everywhere and I'm not loving it. The ones I keep coming back to are these, but the price is NOT right:
Auburn- I agree.. no cork. I actually tried on several pairs of cork and they seemed really hard under my feet. Almost like wooden shoes (oh yea, cork *is* wood) I am also leery of esperadelles because of the dirt factor. It will be a fun hunt.
High on my list are longer belts to wear with trousers and tucked in tops. I'm sporting the look today but have to steal from DH's closet for a belt long enough. Angie, please do a blog entry on guidelines for wearing belts with trousers. Is it better to keep contrast between pants and belt low? Can the buckle hang lower than the belt? My eye needs to adjust because I look in the mirror and the belt buckle seems to draw the eye to the crotch! Or maybe I'm doing something wrong. Help!
I'm at a loss for spring, nothing is screaming out to me yet. All I know is I want a pair of nude/tan caged sandal heels. And dresses, as with every year, but I never find things I like.
Mustard (or another bright color) ballet flats. Need them, want them, must have them. I can't wait to wear them with dark dress pants! I'd also like a pair of sandals, I haven't had any in years.
