Like most I think, I've put on weight with the events of the past year and a half. In theory I want to start eating more clean and healthy but I just don't follow through and one reason I've figured out is that in order to stop a bad habit I need to replace it with a better one.
Another issue is that I'm not a great cook. I do okay with my limited repertoire but most meal prep info I see is a few steps over my head and I get discouraged. Cooking and nutrition are not fields that excite me or tickle my interest in learning so I stay stuck.
So, what is some easy to follow habit that you have that is healthy? Mine is my standard breakfast...an apple, almonds and a cup of Matcha. After that the rest of the day is downhill, but let's not talk about bad habits...lets just try to pool some good ones.
