It looks like a tunic top or maybe a peplum tunic top to me. Is that what you are looking for? The style and print look boho.

I know the style, but the top acutally has a name. For example, I own a dress by Free People called the Peacemaker.

I'm not sure it's widely known, but you don't have to use words to search images on google -- just upload the picture or the URL of the picture if it is online and https://images.google.com/ will find any exact picture matches.

There are a couple of ways to do it, but I right clicked on the picture in your link, and then chose the option, 'search google for image'. I'm using chrome on a PC.
