In general, I feel we should *always* listen to our pets when they're encouraging us to buy wardrobe items.

I love these, Bmom. For myself, though, I would have to first figure out what I was going to wear them with. They are so adorable they could easily look overly precious, or overly Victorian Lady with Parasol.

I think they would need to be styled with much more modern pieces to tone down the sweetness -- are you up for that?

At $66 I would grab 'em and go play in the closet! Maybe some cargo army green skinnies to toughen them up?

They are slightly Gothic Lolita, but that's not a bad thing! I vote with Biscuit, yay.

Gothic Lolita describes them well. I sorta like 'em. They have interesting detailing and style. However, practicality check: are you going to wear them barefoot? (For me sweaty feet would be an issue). I think there is such thing as toeless hose, but I don't know about toeless socks.

I definitely would wear something to balance the look of these boots...otherwise, yes, I think they could go too far into 'princess look' which IN NO WAY do I look! lol...I would wear them barefoot with a insole and my feet rarely sweat, so I think it would be ok. Now I just have to hope I can still find them next week when I get my check There are *plenty* of the black ones available, but damn few in the mushroom color....

I love them! I couldn't wear them myself from the comfort perspective but if you can, more power to you. I LOVE the style. I'd pair them with something a little tough, like maybe a moto jacket and cargo pants/cargo skirt.

Well, I bought them! 6pm was out of my size but I found them on Amazon and they were $22 higher I had looked several places and found no cheaper price, so I said wth and ordered them- but to my suprise Amazon had a promotion deal (must be price-matching?) so when the total came up it was $66- the same as 6pm! Pretty nice! Now, I just gotta find some rugged/rougher look to pair them with...I love the idea of the cargo skinnies, but cant wear anything with detail on the thighs! :0
