I'd say TTS, maybe even just a smidge big. I have a wide foot and generally wear a 9. I bought mine in 8 1/2 and 9. I kept the 8 1/2 because the 9s looked too long and they have a pretty long front, even if it isn't wide. The suede ones fit great and I could see that with stretching from wear they might even get to be a little loose . The snake print ones were tighter and would require a little wearing around the house first to loosen up, but of the two the snake print created the strongest impression of a really long foot, so it was either size down or take back for me.
