Well, it’s true that I think you are like me in that there’s not the biggest difference between shoulder, hip and waist width... but I feel you are also like me in that it still shows. It comes down to body mass v height... a narrower, more elongated figure would be needed to be a rectangle IMO. Or possibly no waist... but it’s interesting, if you had no waist, I suspect visually you’d become a definite triangle or possibly an apple.
I don’t think body type is something you can determine solely by measures (well, not without a lot more math). There are distortions of vision to account for. Like with architectural columns... the Ancient Greeks’ columns that look so straight, they are so much more elegant compared to modern columns because they’re NOT actually straight: they bulge outward ever so slightly.
