This term keeps popping up on places like ebay, especially from European sellers. Google tells me it means "layered look" in German but it's still a little unclear to me what this means. To me, it seems like a lot of things like asymmetrical tunics, layered or hitched skirts, etc. Kind of boho and maybe some victorian. A lot of the older, more layered Allsaints pieces are labeled as lagenlook on ebay. I've never seen anyone or any store in the USA use this term.
So what exactly is lagenlook style? Is it even a real thing? Could it be used to describe my style, or is it too "hobo chic" for me?
