So glad you asked Isabel - because I didn't know either! (And I'm still not sure that I understand - does it mean that you pick a dress and wear it everyday for a week? or what?) I, obviously need some further clarification!
Lol! Sorry for the confusion, Everyone! Jonesy is right. I coined it for my own personal goal of getting myself to wear at least one dress a week. I've always been somewhat dress phobic. I've accumulated a fair number of dresses and wanted to stop saving them for some "special occasion."
Phew, now I feel less silly ! Can you tell that I was the kid in school who constantly asked questions and drove the other kids ( and teachers ) nuts ? :0
I tend to love dresses with boots but I rarely wear them in the Winter. Now that Angie has explained that you can double up on tights ( duh - I was also the kid with no creative thought ), I will give it a shot too.
