I don't like this one specifically because of this fabric (looks too stiff, doesn't have a nice "fall"), but aren't those very similar to sarouel pants? I They may work well in slender girls or some specific cases like this one: http://taolegal.net/wp-content.....s-size.jpg
But I think they don't work well for anyone with more "pronounced" buttocks (I mean buttocks specifically, not large hips). I saw a girl on the street with similar pants once and it took me a while to figure if she was wearing diapers, "fake bottom" pants or those trousers were creating a very strange effect... I know this sounds horrible, but that's how it looked on her (and how they would probably look on me too to be fair).
