My number one shopping need for this NAS was lightweight sweaters, since that's what I wear most and mine at the end of last season were starting to look a little worn. Also since trends seem to be headed towards shorter lengths, I wanted to buy a few more longer ones while I could. I'm happy to say that I'm sticking to that goal with what I've found so far. I'm not ruling out a wildcard, and I am "allowed" to buy one cashmere if it's true love, but for the most part I'm getting some practical, daily use kinds of things.

The Trouve is one I bought last year and for my needs is perfection, so I'm keeping this in green and also black. It is tts I think...I got L for looseness. The BP is a beautiful color and so soft. I got M and it is oversized, but S is now sold out so oversized it is! The Caslon is very oversized. I got M and I was thinking of ordering S to check, but it is also sold out. I'm keeping the M because it drapes so softly I think M looks fine.

So, nothing stunning, but exactly what I need. I'm very tempted by the Lafayette as my one cashmere. The shorter sleeves may allow for more weeks of wear in my climate. It's so pricey though. Has anyone seen it IRL?
