Thanks everyone! I am still walking on clouds about it...which completely confirms it's the right move. It's going to be a big change, in couple of ways. First off, they work very hard and very long, so I won't be popping over here much during the work day anymore.

But on the upside, fashion-wise: the department is all younger women and the boss is very fashion-forward as well. So I will be able to loosen up the conservative style and have more fun with my choices, *and* on office days will be able to go quite a bit more casual. Not jeans, but a lot of smart casual anyway. I am REALLY looking forward to playing with my clothes and style like this. What a refreshing change!
