I packed up the back of the truck with most of my things and it got picked up yesterday. Delivery might be a few weeks, so I will only have what fits in my small carry-on. For better or worse, here's what I've got for the first weeks in FL. Mind you, I likely won't be working right away (if at all) so this is OTG stuff only. Maybe out to eat once a week.
In order of pics - 2 pair of shorts, 1 skirt, 2 woven dresses (wearing one on the plane in last pic), 3 woven 'fancier' tanks, 3 knit casual tanks, 2 short sleeve tees. EDIT: and the convertible jacket/vest in the last pic of plane wear, but not sure I'll be able to use even the vest in FL in July!
Not shown - 1 pair of metallic gladiator sandals and 1 pair Birkenstocks (for walking to the store, etc). Swimsuit with new polka dot boardshorts, running tank and shorts (will buy running shoes there). PJ's, one convertible bra and over a week's worth of undies.
That's it! I guess I'm going to find out if my casual FL capsule works together or not pretty quickly lol. Due to space, I only will have one necklace and no belts, and just my every day purple purse. Accessorizing had to take a back seat (literally - in the truck haha) and pure function was in order. If I'm scared I goofed up it's too late now!
