These items will most probably never be worn at the same time. Bikini for warm summer days, socks for cooler.
Apart from a couple of tank tops ordered online in May, I haven't made any purchases since early March.
I really needed a new bikini, but it was very difficult to find one where I liked the design of BOTH parts as well as the colour(s)/patterns. After much research, I finally ordered this one online. However, I did'nt have high expectations for the fit. And I have often been disappointed by online purchases. Not so this time! My new bikini arrived today, and it looks as perfect as it could on my body! It's actually one of the best bikinis I have ever had.
Two local shops offered socks at reduced prices today, so I used the opportunity to refresh my socks collection. In case you wonder, I DO own socks in solid neutrals. But my new patterned ones make me smile. The lemon and strawberry patterns will be fun to wear this summer and also next spring. And though I have always liked the classic argyle pattern, I hadn't owned any socks in that pattern for decades.
