Shop (this has mixed results)
Curl up with a good book or a Netflix session
Play with the dogs
Get outside
Snack (not so helpful, really)
Get out with my camera and immerse myself in creative work
Drinking does NOT help me when I'm in a bad mood. I also tend to withdraw from people when I'm feeling down -- I never want to inflict my bad mood on others, but this can be a mixed bag too. I have to be wary of depression, and getting out and around other people is good for pulling me away from depression.
