rae: I'd plan to wear it as an everyday bag, but probably not in the winter though. I have one or two bags that I rarely use but the bag I use most of the time is a smaller black bag, also from Treesje (from e-bay). It has a lot less detailing than this one.

I like the purple, but perhaps it'll be more useful to have a lighter colored bag for a different look? If I remember correctly, either color should work with your wardrobe.

my one concern with the khaki is keeping it clean...what about chocolate brown?

I really like the bag and like it in khaki. They are all nice but the khaki is a nice medium shade that would be very versatile.

I love love love brown leather...and all scruffed up even better...sigh.

I'm not sure which works better in your wardrobe but all of the colours you've mentioned are very very nice.

If you wear dark denim I would not get the khaki. I have a bag that's similar color, less than a year old and it's showing discoloration from my denim.
