I've always like knee high boot with dramatic lacing or buttons up the front, but I usually skip them because I'm just not sure they will work. Here is an example of what I mean: http://www.fryeboots.com/subpa.....oToPage=14
Can a typical pear shape get away with boots like these? Are they even tasteful? These boots don't have the toe and heel shape that I usually like, but I just love the military buttons. Feel free to be critical, I'm not absolutely set on buying boots like these any time soon.
