What do you think of the b/f jeans and shoe choices?

I am late to the b/f jean party, I just bought a pair yesterday (1 size bigger than normal), but I'm really not sure what shoes to put with them. Do any of theses work? I'm about 5'11" tall and I feel the jeans make me look like a hobbit. Honesty appreciated, if they aren't flattering I can return them. Thanks so much for the help!

1. High heel shoe boots
2. Flat blue pointy shoes
3. mid heel pointy toe ankle boots
4. fashion trainers
5. my very old loafers

I think they work really well on you. I like the shoes in 1 and 4 best.

I like them on you, it does take some getting used to. Did you get straight jeans a size larger or BF jeans a size larger? You'll get a different thickness in the leg if you just size up on straights (like J Crew matchsticks) I'd wear them slightly lower on the hips if you can and I like all the shoes except the last 2.

If anyone can pull off bf jeans, it is you at 5'11"! I prefer them with the heeled booties in 1 and 3, just looks a little more fashiony cool to me. But they honestly look stunning with all footwear choices. I'm just not a flats girl. (At 5'3.5" are you surprised?)

Absolutely no hobbit vibe here, don't worry. I think this silhouette just takes some getting used to.

I definitely like the jeans on you. I like the look of #1 and 3 best. The booties look most modern to me.

Great work with the BF jeans! I like all of these combos but I'm a bit partial to those fab blue flats! The booties look great too. I think 1-3 are my favorites, but 4/5 are great also. Fun!

Wow, thanks everyone, you are all so very kind! I think wearing short pants brings back memories of the floods I had to wear in highschool, because I couldn't find pants long enough. It will just take getting used to. Glad to know some of you thinks the flats look good, esp the blue ones,as I don't always like to wear heels.

Jjsloane - these are the Gap sexy boyfriend jeans (the name of which made my husband laugh to no end!)
