It's kind of hard to see. I don't understand what that little flap is just above the hip. I'd like to see a clearer picture.

It's a dangling pocket lining. There's one on either side.

I like the color on her , I love the brooch and I like the way she's layered the jacket with the ls purple shirt underneath. However, I hate that dangling pocket lining (I am guessing that is intentional as part of the design???) and I also think the layering seems a bit casual for the event. In general, I love our First Lady's sense of style - it is fun, playful & approachable.

I don't like the colour on her, it makes her look sallow, and it's too strong for her, we see the jacket before we see her face.

Not sure if the dangling pocket linings are the best idea. Shape wise it seems OK from what we can see behind the podium.

It's not her best look - the color is off, and the dangling pockets are weird. BUT, I applaud her for taking risks- and having a sense of humor. It's refreshing. She's not all staid and conservative about her outfits - she likes a sense of whimsy and fun. I like that.

I think it's a little off as well. Not her best look by far, but she gets away with it. She's a little fringe and I like that.

I actually kind of like the pocket thing, but I don't think the color is right on her. I also don't like the striped top underneath. I do love that she isn't uptight and conservative (no pun intended) in how she dresses. It's very refreshing. For that reason, I could never truly dislike anything she wears.

I like the idea of the trench and the dangling pockets, but I don't like the colour (it's actually one of my least favourite colours in the world, on anyone) or the top with it. I love her adventurous sartorial spirit, though, and that she stays true to it and continues to take risks even though she's one of the most high-profile women on earth and is dissected mercilessly every time she leaves the house!

I LOVE the shape of the jacket (pocket bags included) but I'm also not crazy about the colour, the striped shirt and even the trousers. I think she has great style, though, and love that she's a little more fringe and fashion-forward with a lot of her choices. She seems to really get it.

My hands-down favourite look of hers is when she pairs a big retro skirt with a fitted cardi. When she was recently here in the UK for the G20 I was glued to the news to see what she was wearing- it was just one fab look after another!

I like that she repeated this outfit from an earlier public event (read that somewhere) but don't like the jacket much. She seems to only have pre-defined combos and not mix up her beautiful seperates much. I love her overall style though!

I don't like that particular jacket on her. I think that she has a wonderful sense of style, but that it doesn't always translate well in the media. Putting together a great outfit, and putting together an outfit that looks great in pictures and on camera are not the same thing. I really want her to hire a stylist to help her with that, because I think that with some help she can become the next fashion icon- and she should!

I love that she takes risks. The outfit looks great on her body shape but the protruding pockets are what bother me the most.
