Personally, no. Too long for me and too pleaty for my hips, not to mention the pockets on the hip, as well. Then there's the bulk of the tie belt . . . pass!
oh funny remark about the trenchcoat! Guess I'm alone in liking this and
I suppose it's because of that unconscious association with the trenchcoat!
The pockets are set in from the hip and anyway, I like sticky out-y pockets
too - the kind that flare out in a little bumpout after a smooth hipline. But
my widest part of the hip is the high hip and I'm straighter down from there.
I'm a great barometer - if I love it probably most other people would run.
Vildy-- Ha ha! My first reaction was that that was exactly what I looked like the time I had to wear my grandfather's army greens as a "skirt" to cover up a large stain on my pants as a child.
