Hi, i'd like to know how often do you go shopping per month? Do you often shopping online? I am tied of showing up in the street and pick my favorite dress in the store, so i usually do some online shopping. Recently i got a sleeveless casual dress from Makiyo on Amazon, which is good for me against the Summer heat.
How about sharing your buying here?

I shop online all the time. I very much prefer it to shopping in the stores.

My most recent purchase was a black cotton/modal somewhat fitted tee shirt. I love it.

About every second month probably, unless there is a need. My most recent purchases were lingerie: three bras, two with matching knickers. Definitely a great purchase!!!

I work from home and am on the Internet all day everyday, so I browse online all the time. I purchase several times a month, often when YLF sparks my interest in something. I return items frequently, which for me is just a part of online shopping -- and I don't live in a big city with good shopping around me, so I don't often shop in actual stores.

Yay Viva - can't wait to see it.

I surf online quite a bit, and am often sparked by what I see here. I go in waves. Easily monthly or more. Last package to arrive (yesterday) contained cycling undies with the special padding inside to make the ride more comfy! (Via amazon). Before that it was t-shirts on sale from Aritzia (although I have a B&M closeby, they didn't have all the colours I needed). Oh yeah and some linen crops and a top from Simons....and a cycling jersey....and jacket.......amazon. I'll stop there.

My buying is in spurts. I can go for a month or more buying nothing or just necessities like underwear, then buy several items at once, especially at the change of seasons or before a major trip.

Two bras last week from Khols, and while I was there I found two pairs of skimmer pants, one 100% cotton and the other cotton and linen. Since our hot months are September and October, I grab up any hot weather casual things I find before the summer things are gone. These are not necessairly my "fashion" items, but just things to get me thru the heat waves.

Ordered a pair of light grey markdown sandals from DSW-they came yesterday and are keepers. No more summer purchases unless it would be something like 100% cotton t's or something I stumble across. I am so ready for fall purchases...

The last thing that I bought that I am keeping is a pair of dark green skinnies (for fall/winter) from JCrew outlet. I also ordered a pair of black and white palm tree pattern pants from Nordstrom but those are going back.

I do shop on line frequently but I am trying to cut back on that AND on shopping in stores. I plan to buy way less this second half of the year than I did last year and the first half of this year.

Hi, I'm new here Sadly, I buy something every month. I try to stay on budget, a key word "try" though... Sometimes online, sometimes from actual stores, depends on available inventory. I only buy clothes online with "in store" return policy as I dislike returns via post. I'm waiting for delivery from Zara as I write this. I've ordered a jacket which I plan to alter. Never done it before, so it will be an experiment.

Last month, in a moment of madness, I splurged on a Dolce & Gabbana bathing suit, so this month I am restricting myself to filling some wardrobe holes with Summer sale finds. So far, I've ordered a pair of lightweight linen denim boyfriend jeans and a couple of slouchy lighter-weight cardigans with pockets (I get a lot of use out of these, and they've been hard to find this Summer.) I plan to add a pair of pewter Me Too flats to replace the black ones I wear constantly around the house. I'm still in the process of building a functional YLF-inspired wardrobe, so I anticipate continued buying and editing until I get to the point where I can find an outfit for any occasion in my closet.

I've just bought a few skirts, a dress, a couple of sleeveless tops, a couple of patterned tees, a pair of Fluevogs (because I caught a fantastic deal), a swimsuit and cover-up, and...gasp...shorts! (Until last week's scorching heat here, I had not worn shorts outside the house in about 25 years.)

I feel like I've been on a spree and I kind of have, but this is because a bunch of HEWIs/wardrobe needs in styles I was looking for and colors I could handle suddenly showed up at really good prices. It happens.

But now that I've filled some gaps--summer has always been my least stylish season and I didn't have a lot to work with--I am sitting back with a short list of planned purchases I'll gather in the second half of the year and don't feel very tempted otherwise. Still, I will check out the NAS picks...

I lie: the last thing I bought was white leather house slippers. The sort made by hipsters who got all their training in their craft at summer camp. Heck, maybe these WERE made at summer camp.

So maybe I was right first time around and the slippers don't count

I spent a couple of weeks obsessing about black fringe shorts, ordered this pair that were so soft, with nice fringe ... And then they looked like dirty diapers because of the drop crotch. I never did find the pair of my dreams.

Meanwhile I've been very happy with my destroyed white Frame jeans so the last thing I bought is Madewell white destroyed shorts. Now the problem with these is that I bought some Kut white jean shorts earlier in the summer that kind of fill the same slot, but are less flattering. I hate when I find a better version of something I already own!
