What colors of nail polish are you wearing this spring/summer

Although I I like more color on my toes when I wear sandals, I am sticking to silver, lite corals, and white, and pinks. Changing colors and using remover frequently causes nails to break. What are trendy colors, and what are your favs?.

I'm into a soft white on my fingers right now, and my toes are up for redoing this coming week. Haven't decided on a colour there yet. I'm not into brights, and prefer Tiffany blue, or robin's egg blue, and even a soft yellow on my toes. Nudes too.

I’ve been wearing the same pinky - red OPI Pompeii purple. I go bare in winter and do a monthly pedi in the warm months. I take good care of my feet as I love different types of summery shoes that show toes!

I’m at the salon right now! Usually, I prefer dark metallics and jewel tones, and occasionally brights. I am going with a medium purple on my toes right now to go with a dress I’m wearing to a wedding next weekend. I don’t usually bother with my hands.... it just chips quickly and makes me frustrated, and I don’t want to bother with acrylics, etc. if I do have a manicure, it’s for an event and I’ll remove it just as soon as it starts to chip.

Not sure yet. I often like “nude-ish for me” pink - versatile - doesn’t require a lot of maintenance. Right now I’m waiting for my foot peel to finish doing its thing - I’m 7 days in and shedding like crazy. It’s the first time I’ve used one and I’m excited to see the results!

I wear true red nail polish most often, both on fingers and toes, all seasons. For spring/summer sometimes a little lighter red or coral.

I've been grubbing in the garden 4 days straight - so my hands are a mess. I do polish for special occaisions only and love true red on my short finger nails. I do my toes spring through fall. This summer I'm feeling brights after two summers of white. When I get a pro pedi I always go for a dark blue Chrome polish!

Pedi's last 3 weeks for me. I use a clear base coat, 2-3 thin coats of colour, and a clear top coat. Sally Hansen Double Duty under, and Seche Vite top coat. My fave polishes are Opi but I'm very happy with my Physician's Formula. Not a fan of Essie, though 'Blanc' is my white of choice.

I ve been wearing Essie s “lilacism” and “saltwater happy”,a pastel lilac and pastel blue a lot this spring.l m moving towards my summer colours now which tend to be brighter.l like “tart deco” an almost neon orange and “bikini so teeny” a lovely bright forget me not blue.l also like“coral romance a bright coral red by Rimmel and very occasionally I ll wear a deep metallic blue like “ocean blue”by Maybelline.

I an on a break now but mix it up in summer. Blue, red, pink, coral, gold. I have been using shellac on fingers and polish on toes. I can't wear very cool pinks or silvers - and yellow and green are not my best choices on my skin either.

I had my first pedi this season on Thursday. I hadn’t had one since I broke my toe last summer. The color I picked is called Aphrodite’s Pink Nightie. My pedicurist said the most popular color for toes is blue.

I rarely switch nail color with the seasons. I love a dark blue red color on both hands and feet. It has become my signature color.

I give my toes a break during the winter, but had my first pedi of the season about three weeks ago — the polish still looks great, but my nails are getting long, LOL. Currently the color is a sky blue. I think I’ll do turquoise next.

I rarely put color on my fingernails — I’m hard on my hands and it doesn’t last as long, so I tend to do my own manicure if I bother at all. I will use a clear polish if I don’t do color, just for a bit of protection and finish. I love color on my hands though — in a perfect world it would last longer without being hard on my nails.

I usually get a dark blue on my toes because I can't do that on my own and make it look good. If I do my own it's a nude or nude with glitter. I just got my 2nd gel manicure and I hate the removal process, but it really does look nice for 2 weeks (even after gardening and dishes). I put sunscreen on before going under the light. I have a soft white and it's very fresh and young (even if I'm not) Pedis last longer so figure out what works with your wardrobe pallette.

I've been very attracted to yellow as of late, so I bought a medium yellow color. It's a little strong for spring but will be great for summer.

Your post reminds me that I need to do my toenails. I wear a lot of sandals in the summer, and it's nice to see something fun on my toenails!

I polish my toes during summer but haven’t decided on a color, or colors, for this year. A colleague just had her toes and fingers done in deep, rich shades of dark blue—I think she called it midnight blue or something like that. It looked great and very current.

Nude. No polish on any nails. I am not allowed pedicures for medical reasons. My fingernails chip too quickly. I might do a pearlized white for a special occasion.

I always speak with pleasure about nail polish and lipstick! My favorite nail polish colors are various shades of pink and occasionally a coral. Since ever. Some years ago I got a frosty turquoise that received many compliments, yet I felt "weird" wearing it!

I am wearing OPI Cayenne Pepper on my toenails. It is a warm cinnamon colour. I love it and it goes well with my sandals. I also wear OPI Brisbane Bronze or SpaRitual Can U Dig It (a warm earthy rust) on my toe nails.
I don't wear polish on my fingernails. I keep them on the shorter side these days.

I have gone through the rainbow except for green. No black either. Otherwise, I am open to pretty much anything. I love colors, and switch them up, although since my wardrobe has a limited palette now, I will probably stick with something in the same family. This may be my year to try some turquoise on my toes to match my glasses frames. I think my all time favorite has been a pale pearly opal pink. It was fairly neutral. The idea of turquoise sounds fun though.

I don't bother with my fingers. My lifestyle just chips it off immediately. My toes have a deep, dark blue on them but I think I'm going with a deep, dark purple next.

I get pedicures every 3-4 weeks in the summer (May-September). Right now I have a pale pewter (OPI Take a Right on Bourbon), but I usually switch it up over the summer and will do teal, blue, and pale pink as well.

While working my signature was Essie- Thigh High Red. Got tons of compliments. Now that I am retired I think I have had 3 manicures...lol.
I know they are upset with me but my retirement activities just beat the heck out of my nails. Now I only go for special occasions and it is more subdued.

Echoing a robin's egg blue for toes—actually remember "cornflower" from Crayola boxes? A revlon dusty electric pastel blue. Otherwise fuchsia, true red, or silver. For hands in the summer I rarely polish (I put all my energy into toes) but I found the perfect color for when I do: This nude with stone-colored "sparkles" from & Other Stories. It feels like it lasts forever, but it might also be because you don't see chips. I found this photo of it on a blog.

I usually do a sheer or nude pink to keep upkeep easy (Essie Ballet Slippers or Barefoot and Topless), but I do also like a jewel-toned red (Essie a-List) and recently have been wearing a deep navy (Sally Hansen Plummet) which I am enjoying. I usually bring my own color to the nail salon so I can do touch-ups.
