What Color Converse Do You Wear?

I'm curious - those of you who wear Converse sneakers - do you coordinate them with your outfit?

What color Converse would you wear with, say, jeans and a brown top? Jeans and a blue top?

I have black, but was thinking about adding another color.

Mine are charcoal, and I wear them with much everything, I don't color coordinate them at all.

I have red ones, but I am planning on investing in a cream pair, and also a charcoal pair (after seeing how Dani wore them, now I really want some!). I have been wearing them white athletic socks since you can't see my socks under my jeans, even when I sit down. But I found that rubbed and wasn't comfortable, so I am currently looking for some thin trouser socks to wear instead--probably in a nude color, I think.

I have a gray pair and wore them with gray, thin socks. I'm thinking of picking up some argyle socks to wear with them as well. I don't match mine with outfits at all.

I have black, red, yellow and grey – all Chucks. I also have a tweed and pinstripe pair. I NEVER match them up with what I am wearing. I perceive that to be unstylish.

Throw is any colour Converse with a neutral top, Tarzy.

I just have black but I really want a pair of gray ones with red piping. I don't bother matching. In fact, I'll wear just about any colors together EXCEPT colors that are very close, like a dark pink and red or very dark brown and black.

I have a green pair of low-cut Chucks with a yellow tongue & I generally wear them with any colour top. However, since I wore them to a few outdoor concerts this year, they haven't been in the best shape. I think I'll also buy a grey pair next summer

My Converse are baby blue. But they are not high tops. I wear them with anything but babyblue--if I can avoid it.

I have chocolate brown ones. My ten year old daughter's are cream with pink and grey polka dots. I think Converse are always fun.

I have bright light blue with a bright green tongue and bright orange stripe in back. I just got a pair of black with grey tongue and grey stripe in back. I'm still debating whether to get the grey ones. Converse just make me happy.

Hee hee -- I keep seeing older posts, not realizing they are older, and thinking that some of our MIA forum members (hello, Ana!) are back.

I don't have any Converse at the moment. I had a pair that I think they called "linen", but it was really a very pale yellow -- exactly like a stick of yellow chalk -- and it made my skin look sickly, so I parted with those.

Then I impulse-bought a pair of turquoise Cons, which I returned because although I loved the color, I knew that brightly-colored, "fun" shoes were just not me.

As dull as it sounds, for my style the most versatile would probably be the white-that's-not-optic-white and/or the charcoal.

If I were to buy them, I'd opt for grey, red, or yellow. They are all very versatile for my wardrobe and I consider them "basic" colors Tarzy with brown, red or yellow would work great too.

I got them my senior year of high school, and they don't go with much, but I call them my "happy shoes" and usually just wear them on days that I know will be really good, or that I know will be really bad and want to make a little bit better. Usually I pair them with jeans and a colorful or neutral top, though once I wore them with a purple skirt and white tee and I think it looked ok.

If I ever got another pair I would certainly go for a neutral instead of ones so colorful!

I just bought my first Converse (red) a couple of weeks ago. It sounds like people really like the charcoal, maybe I'll get that next.

I have gray ones that are lace-less. I think they are a good neutral color to go with anything and a nice alternative to black.

I wear my gray ones with almost everything. I wear them with gray or black socks -- but I like the idea of argyle socks!

I have 2 pairs of Chucks: 1 purple, and 1 charcoal. I tend to wear the purple as a pop of color with neutral outfits. I wear the gray as a neutral with more colorful outfits.
