I found a really great book in Canada several years ago, called "Quick Looks" by Rae Morris. She has a pretty good eye chart showing complimentary makeup colors for the eyes. I just took photos of the book, not sure how clear these are....
I've been told my eyes are both green, and blue, depending on the observer. I believe my eyes are a warm blue, but I have gold highlights at the pupil, which gives them a green cast (blue + yellow = green).
