What can I pair with these girly skirts besides white tops?

To me, what comes to mind is to ask if you know you personally can wear skirts like this and still sit down (on a park bench or subway seat or restaurant chair or climbing in and out of a car) without flashing to the world, how shall we say, the good china?

No judgment here -- if you know you can or if it simply doesn't matter, then rock on and pay me no mind. (I'm a hundred years old so what do I know.) If it does matter to you, just know that no one will be looking at the top.

And yes, I 100% realize I sound like the Dowager Countess here.
