If you can call leather panel jeans a hole, that's what I want Also white jeans to replace my blingy butt Miss Me's.
Good luck with the riding boots. Somehow finding plain ones can be a struggle. (luckily I found mine a few seasons back on Amazon)

Too many holes to be relevant. :-/

I'm trying to focus on the lounge/homewear capsules I set as a first, achievable goal. So for that:
- clogs (for cooking at bf's, his floors are hardwood directly over concrete)
- jersey infinity scarves
- Smartwool-type wool socks
- hooded robe that's not bathrobey

Ooh, we might need a white jean search group lol. It's been months and months for me. I have some TR Brianna's coming from Amazon just to see. They're marked way down but have distressing. Not sure I want to settle on that feature.

I have found a pair of black ponte knit pants that are currently the most comfortable pants in my closet. Not perfect, but pretty decent for now. With knit pants I have a strong desire to wear tops that mostly cover the rear view...I know some people don't but I just feel better that way. So, my wardrobe hole I'm most interested in filling is tunic length cold weather tops. I just ordered 5 from Nordstrom...have no plans to keep that many but I'm hoping some will make me happy.

I have many other holes, but that one feels the most pressing.

A winter coat that's not a puffer, but not wool (or some kind of magical non-itchy wool), yet' still very warm. Fits well and looks good with skirts and pants. Seems like it doesn't exist.

I keep reaching for a simple, black leather tote. Since it's not in my closet, I'm taking the hint that it's a wardrobe hole. I'm hoping some Christmas money will help me get one relatively soon.

I think my only wardrobe hole is a really nice pair of summer weight slim leg pants. I have been looking for ages but haven't found anything that fits like I want And I can't really say it's hole but I would really like a couple of pairs of pointy toe shoes to update my shoe collection

I really need a feminine pair of flat/low-heeled black booties and a general purpose black leather purse. Super basic, but somehow I've overlooked both of these for a while now.

I don't really have any holes with the exception of a casual rain jacket. I can wear my trench with jeans but would like to have another option. I have ordered 2 from Nordstrom and am hoping one might work.

Thinking ahead, I know that I have some holes for summer. But for now I'm good. I like winter clothes so much better than summer clothes so I plan to really enjoy wearing my favorites for the next several months.

My holes are belts, tights/hose, a good slip, and a nice black handbag. I don't know where to look for a variety of well-made belts. I tend to get overwhelmed by too many hosiery options. I'm thinking of trying Jockey's slip shorts. I have a coupon that might allow me to get them half off. And I've found the bag I want. Of course it's no longer available at Nordstrom, so I'm currently watching one on eBay.

Way too many holes, but here are the top items on my list. I've been looking for some of them for years:

A dark navy winter coat, either wool or a puffer that does not look like gear

Black dress pants for both summer and winter that don't look like old lady's pants. Navy would also be nice.

A perfectly fitting navy blazer, or one that can be altered to fit perfectly. I've been looking so long that I'm thinking of having one custom made.

Well, since all the Thanksgiving feasting, ahem, which is still on day four, (tempting leftovers), I need some yoga pants or ponte knit pants with a looooong tunic that covers a certain area.

I did really well filling most of my holes at Shoptoberfest. At this point my remaining holes are:

1. Workout pants. I'm realizing the ones I have are starting to look a little sad.

2. Winter white blazer or equivalent (tuxedo jacket, moto jacket, etc. for wearing as a "third piece" indoors) in fall/winter weight.

3. Black blazer or equivalent in fall/winter weight.

4. I have been looking for the perfect cognac or tan leather jacket for years, and the search continues.

Dressy plain leather boots with a sensible heel - not sure if they exhist at this point, especially for under $200.
And casual short and long-sleeve t-shirts that don't call attention to my still-there-after-a-full-year post-baby tummy.

A few annoying holes have recently emerged for me. These are:

- A plain, classic black cardigan (not waterfall, edge-to-edge, boyfriend, or baggy)
- Straight leg dark wash jeans
- Long sleeved casual tops
- A lightweight, casual indoor jacket (that is, a "topper" rather than outerwear) that is not too restrictive on the arms, preferably in black or grey
- Underwear. I have bought two packages recently and neither fits right, but you can't try it on before you buy and you can't take it back, either. Urgh.
- Interview-appropriate tote bag
- Supportive casual shoes for running around town or short walks. My old Clarks mary janes have just about disintegrated, but I haven't found what I want yet

Save for one thing: A very fitted, high-waist, knee-length slip that isn't actually sausage-casing shapewear, would make a certain skirt in my closet very happy. I am thinking I may have to get something custom made.

Oh, I said that, and then I remembered I am also looking for a black lace full slip, something vintage, like Van Raalte, for a vintage dress.

I think I've plugged up all my wardrobe holes, so now I'm wanting to save to buy a really nice leather jacket--something that will look fab, whether it's on sale or not. Hopefully I'll catch a sale, but I'm willing to save and wait for the perfect one.

I think I need a warmer workday coat. You'd think that a long wool Thinsulate lined coat would work, but it just isn't enough on the really cold days. I may have to get a puffer.
