Very pretty dress. It's also a bold pattern so maybe something with color - a clutch in red, citron or maybe teal and some jewelry with a bit of the same color in it. Metallic shoes or nude shoes maybe? Other fabbers might have more insight into dresses than I do.

Any colour would work, really - I agree that red or citron would be a bright pop; if you want, neon pink would be fun too!

Beautiful dress! You could go in many directions here. I would choose something with clean, modern lines (envelope clutch, bold, modern statement jewelry). Bright colors like cobalt, citron, red, fuchsia - or blush pink, nude etc. You could wear shoes in any of these colors, or metallics.
