What about Boden?

I was hopping around looking for an alternative to Angie's J. Crew sweater in melon and I found this one at Boden. I've never shopped there before although I've seen it suggested many times.

How do their sizes run? Anyone out there like them? Hate them?

I don't know about their sizes at all, because I bought a poncho last year. It's beautiful and soft. It was backordered for awhile, and when I called their toll free number, I ended up talking to someone in London! Anyway, my impression of them is good.

ETA: now I'm on their mailing list and get a catalog every month that is 200+ pages.

I've only ordered dresses from them and they have run true to size for me. The website has excellent product information and measurements for each individual item. The quality is very good.

I like their clothes a lot. Great dresses for work. I go up a size compared to J Crew.

I like Boden knits as well and I have a couple of their cashmere sweaters. I have a hard time with sizing on e.g. pants and jackets as I find them suited to hourglass shapes.

Boden is usually very good quality. The nice thing about their website is that they give actual measurements of the garment, so it helps with sizing.

I like their woven tops a lot. I think they run small on occasion but usually true to size. i appreciate that they give garment measurements. I notice that on my phone I can't always see the garment measurements, but usually changing the size or color and then clicking the size chart again, brings that chart back.

The quality is usually excellent. Sizing for tops (the only thing I've purchased) is generally true-to-size. I am an IT, and can have trouble with the wovens. They seem to be cut narrow through the shoulders.
