I don't know for sure, Anne, but I am hopeful they'll stay on, given the specific shape of the footbed padding and the slight arch support/lift. I guess if they don't I will consign them quickly!

I think you would look terrific in a dress with a high neckline!

MIssed the chatting, but I am 5'6'' so I didn't think of 5'4'' as 'short' (or even eh em 5'3''). I remember having a friend in college who didn't make 5'! Bundle of fun she was though!

Wow - a beautiful dress, and a great bargain - you look lovely - I think it's fine without a belt, but if you happened to have one, I think it would look equally as good.

The shoes are a great find, I have a similar problem with ballet pumps falling off my feet.

Wow, great finds! I love the dress and shoes!

Love them both - what a fruitful day!

Suz you look just amazing! This dress is premium tailoring and it shows. It fits your delicate frame in all the right places and the choice of shoes is so perfect. Just the right balance of daring and elegance.
Great bra shopping!
(Maybe that's what I need to do, go shop for a bra, who knows what I might be coming back with!)

I didn't read all of the comments but I am *jumping up and down* happy for you Suz!!!! These are stellar finds. You will wear the dress a ton, I'm sure (gotta love that you wore hose and heels to go bra shopping, you're my hero) and those flats are the perfect spring AND fall closed shoe for you!! And rainproof? SCORE! Brilliant, brilliant scores. You will love the ballet flats. So great with skirts, too!

LOL, I did NOT wear hose and heels to go bra shopping, Claire! That was an at-home try on photo. I was actually wearing jeans and my Doc Marcies!

Suz, it amazes me how elegant yet artistic you manage to look. Your "action" pictures are always 10x better, which makes me think that it has something to do with the energy you put out in addition to your item selection and outfit combinations.

Looks like you have some great finds and I love the necklace with the dress.
