They have a little pleat in the front, that sort of reminded me on Angie's harem pants, only I realize these are not quite the right length. I thought I could always hem them up for to a ppl.

I tried on that rainbow blouse a month ago and it looked horrible on me, and I wondered how the ruching could possibly look good on a woman's body. (Everything about the cut of the blouse just hit me in the wrong place, regardless of the size.)
However, you've just proved me wrong, and beautifully so. It looks absolutely amazing on you! I'm having trouble concentrating on the other items because I'm so bowled away by that gorgeous splash of color. *Contented sigh*

Outstanding haul Carole! I especially love the printed dress with blazer and yellow/green shoes. Also the first top and the cowl neck top worn with the cropped pants (the tops you were talked into buying that pack well). I really like the prints on all three items.

Kari - I'm ' surprised that top didn't work out for you. I can totally see it with your coloring. I have realitively smaller hips in proportion to my upper body ( I'm an inverted triangle) so maybe that is why it works better on me.

You look fab! I love these new pieces, especially the colorful top and the last dress! I like the pants and think maybe having the leg openings tapered a bit might do the trick?

So here I am chiming in a little late, but just want to repeat all the compliments. I esp. like the way you put the pink cardi, blue necklace together with the pink print blouse.

I DO like the pants, and they look great with the top in #8. How about adding a jacket or cropped cardi over it? It could finish it off with some color and even make the outfit more office-friendly (don't know if you need that sort of outfits.)

The print dress in the last 3 photos is fantastic. I love the greeny shoes. Did you think of wearing them with the black cardi and the yellow belt, too?
