I'm sorry, Ramya. Take whatever time you need to come to terms with this. No, not all hope is lost, and chances are you will be successful, in time. That doesn't mean it's easy to accept the diagnosis, and the fears are real and hard to ignore. Been there, still doing that. Journaling may help, particularly if it helps you confront your anxieties and deal with them. Or setting aside a specific time of day as "worry time," and trying not to let scary thoughts take over the rest of your day. Much, much easier said than done, but worth a shot.
Would you feel better if you could work with your doctors to establish a loose what-if plan? (e.g., If we haven't conceived after a year, we'll try X and Y, but not Z.) I hope this isn't prying too much -- trust me, I empathize with your position and know there are few absolutes in these scenarios.
