It's time to check in ands see how everyone is doing....

I'm ok- I'm down a pound from last week. As the weather is starting to turn colder (at night and in the morning anyway), I am already feeling it too much and feeling hungry all the time. I decided that means I am not eating enough, and so I am bumping up my calorie range again. I think it's working. I am down a pound from last week, and I can see some tops getting looser. It's actually been quite a while since I had that happen, so it's nice. I have not been able to get to the gym as much as I want, and I have been bad about getting the kids to do Yoga with me in the mornings, too. I feel like my life revolves around food so much of the time (yesterday I went grocery shopping, and made waffles, vegetable broth, rice crispy treats, filling for meat pies, and a pot of beans besides my normal cooking, and today I will be spending in the kitchen as well) that it is natural to be always eating. Does anyone else find that they have to eat a lot more in the winter?
