Good Monday Morning!

I'm happy to report that I am exactly halfway to my goal this morning (just a couple weeks shy of a year later), and that I have figured out why I have been stuck at the same weight for the past few weeks. I wasn't eating enough for the amount of exercise that I am doing, so I upped my calories and dropped a pound- bringing my current loss to 50 pounds. That one pound was a big deal - physically and mentally. I'm feeling like I am back on track and moving forward.
