It's been a while since we checked in. How is everyone doing? I'm down another pound this week (49 total at this point), but it just seems really slow going. One thing or another is preventing me from working out and eating right, so I'm strugling to get back into where it's just habitual. Next week we are back to dd's dance classes, so that should get us back into a regular schedule (of course, I'm also expecting my monthly "friend", so it may not!)
One good thing that I've been doing is trying to do some simple exercises while I am watching TV or reading. I keep little hand weight next to my chair in the living room and use them while I am watching TV. I do leg and ab work while I am reading. I'm trying to reread the Harry Potter books before we go see the new movie, so I am spending a lot of time reading right now.
