Has it only been six weeks. Where has YLF been my entire life. I like to joke that I make getting dressed an event I enjoy everyday. Now I'm having so much more fun with it.
Funny - They e-mailed from my last job to let me know they missed me and many times they wondered about what I'm wearing. (My work wardrobe is so much better than my smart casual wardrobe)
What I have learned this week.

1. I am slowly learning how to do smart casual

2. I take the summer to play around with silhouettes because once the school year starts I wear almost a uniform - and while I love my body shape - sometimes just sometimes I want to try new and different silhouettes.

3. I'm shopping so much smarter - I understand how to make many mini capsules in my wardrobe.

4. As I get ready for the school year to start up again - I figured out that red shoes are kinda my signature thing. So you know what? I'm going to work it and make it a signature thing.

5. Number 4 tells you how haphazard I was in my shopping previously and didn't pay attention to what I had if I didn't know this fact - However if you have 8 pair of red shoes, I guess they are kinda a signature item.

6. This wardrobe thing is clearly a marathon, maybe even a 100 mile ultra, and not a 10K. Continued to be inspired by veterans and how they work their wardrobes.

7. Still can't bring myself to edit out some of my expensive mistakes. Over the next week you all are going to be bombarded with yay or nay posts as I try to make room for things I love and want to wear more often.
