Wedding Dress Take 2 - YouLookFab Forum

I went shopping today and found this wonderful little dress. It has a handkerchief hem and is quite slimming. No pics of me in it yet but will in the near future. The dress looks great with the sandals I have already purchase. I am thinking about pairing it with a nice yellow cardigan type sweater and I have a cute yellow bib necklace that compliments it.

I plan on doing an updo to my hair and accent it with either a yellow rose or a pretty barrette. I also plan on dying my hair and getting high low lights put in it. I have included pics of the dress and my sandals as well as the hair highlights I was thinking about it. I have included another picture to show you the length of what my hair is now ( the one with one one shot of hair in the picture). It is not me but my hair is styled that way.

Picture number two is the dress with my little sweater and the bib necklace. The dress will serve well to wear to work and various other functions.

@Joy .. Thank you for remembering about hubby not liking pattern dreses.
He gave this one his seal of approval. I was surprised as I bought the dress to wear to work this summer. We have a causal dress environment at work. I work for a major computer company doing chat and email support.
Then he said he liked the dress and I should wear it to the wedding. I have a white open crochet type of sweeter that looks good with it as well.

I am going to keep my eye out for a different yellow sweater. I love the hankie hem. I wish I could get a full shot to show everyone.

I have also found a little clutch type purse but will have to see it in person first.

The dress is beautiful on you. It is a lower contrast pattern that goes well with you own coloring.

Love the soft, sunny color on you! I like to pull my hair back into a low pony, secured with a long barrette. In the summer, I swear by a few drops of argan oil on my hair to keep the look shiny and smooth on hot, humid days.

I encourage you to embrace boldness with your pics! Everyone can look fab, and I love the way the forum showcases great looks on different body types!
