I'm attending a wedding annivarsary this weekend, and I would like if you help me pick my outfit
Which one catches your eyes????
I'm not sure how maxi skirts should be worn, but here is my best shot!
The dress is new, it needs to be taken in a bit at the hips, but other then that it fits good I think, is it a keeper?

I like #1 best but with the shoes in #4.

I am maxi-illiterate, so take this with a huge grain of salt, but I really like #3. I like the contrast of the top and the skirt and the repeat of black in the necklace, I think the maxi makes it unique but overall it has a simple elegance (as long as that works for the party).

I love the shoes in #4 - do they work at all for #3?

#1 or #3, depending on the event. Both are elegant and simple, but they feel different in mood, with 3 being more glamorous somehow.

I like the shoes in #4...very pretty!

I like #1 and #3 with a couple swaps: #1 with the shoes from #4, and #3 with the shoes from #1.

#1 is my fave.

To me #2 looks a bit like something my grandma would wear if she did skirts. #3 is a much better incarnation of that skirt.

Could you do #4 with a denim vest or similar over it instead of the jacket you have on? And maybe some gladiator sandals & chunky ethnic looking jewellery?

I like the maxi direction, it's a change of pace. My favorite is #3 but with the shoes from #2 or #4. I can't take my eyes off the top in #2, it's so pretty. But you look too covered for summer -- a great look for later in the year? Or, pair that top with a shorter skirt. The shoes in #2 are dramatic and chic to me.
