I came across this poem "Wear Whatever Clothes" by David Gate yesterday, and it is so relevant to today's post, I had to share.:
Wear whatever clothes
make you feel happy
(whatever happy means to you)
be comfortable
or prepared or smart
or chic or sexy
or simply warm
because the worst thing to wear
is other people’s expectations
