I love shorts and wear some 3" inseams, but I'd like 4" better for comfort. (4" are rare.) I'd like the dancer's shorts better if they were a little looser on her legs...they seem a little bit like a costume...not really current. More power to her if she loves them.

Really, I don’t think the point is whether those shorts are in style. It’s all those other phrases in the video—act your age, age gracefully, etc that she’s criticizing. As RL said, it’s her attitude.

Well she has great legs! She should wear what she wants. I have never been a shorts or short skirts wearer even when I was young.

Lana, she’s a fitness trainer, so this is part of her schtick. No idea if she runs around town like this. Really don’t think this is intended as a fashion statement/style suggestion. I don’t follow her—those aren’t the legs I want. I want more muscle, like this
