wavy pixie cuts ~ yay or nay (new style added)

I can't tell you enough how much I'm enjoying having shorter hair right now, but this morning I could not be bothered with the straighteners and left my crop to do its own thing. I'm at the hairdressers tomorrow and I'm wondering if I should have a cut which works with my wave or continue with a straight do. Given the examples below I'm asking wavy pixie cut yay or nay?

I prefer straight in these photos, Julie. I do think wavy could work too if you added some pomade for volume? Enjoy your hairdresser time!

Yay from me. I'm convinced your hair stylist and you can find a wavy style that really works for you too. And how much fun will it be to have the option to go wavy whenever you want too!!

I'm pretty certain if you have it cut to go with the curl, it will look great both natural, and straightened. Best of all, it will be even shorter. But best ask your stylist about that.

I voted yay, because I like it both ways. This is exactly what my hair does...curls on its own, but I can easily blowdry it out, in fact I don't even have to get it wet--I just whip out the dryer and in 15 seconds my hair will be straight. Ask your hair stylist to work with you on this, if you want to have the versatility of two looks for your hair.

I love the curl. Did you let it dry naturally or did you use a blowdryer or a round brush?

I think I prefer it straight, but wavy looks really cute too, so I vote yay. Maybe talk about a cut that can be worn both ways? (similar to what you have)

I like it both ways, and agree with the advice to ask the stylist to cut it with the curl/wave so you can style it either way. I think you could really have some fun letting your hair curl for some outfits and be straight in others. Your skin is super gorgeous by the way, and I love the make up colors you're wearing, perfectly suited to enhance your lovely features

I think you look great both ways, so I would ask for a style that gives you the option of wearing it wavy when you wish.

I think you look great either way. Just tell your stylist to give you a cut that can work either way.

I like how you look both ways: with straight and wavy hair. I have straight hair and I do not go to the trouble of making it wavy even though I admire wavy hair on others. I just go with what my hair wants to be and it makes both of us happy.
If you hair wants to be wavy I would listen to it and go for a haircut to use this to the best advantage.

Thank you so much for the feedback I took a Mia Farrow photo to the salon, had extra layers through the top to aid the wave (when styled wavy) and had some low lights added. I like the result, please ignore the bags under my eyes (it's been a long week).

Where did you get those glasses? Are they readers pr prescription?. If prescription, do you mind reveling style? I cannot find glasses that I like and I love those.

Hi Jean, of course I don't mind sharing the style but I think they may be UK only.
I have two pairs of Gok Wan for Specsavers glasses. This pair in burgundy http://www.specsavers.co.uk/gl.....ok-wan-01/ and this pair in off white http://www.specsavers.co.uk/gl.....ok-wan-04/ perhaps you could make an appointment if you are back in the UK in August? Anyway, this shop usually has two pairs for the price of one so they are very good value. I hope you are keeping well and find your frames soon.
