I like wearing an analogue watch but lately only wear it when I'm going out somewhere, which isn't often. I have a Must de Cartier, a classic tank from a bridge line that Cartier no longer has. It's expensive to keep up--I've had it more than 20 years. Lately I've considered just putting it aside when the battery runs out again. The leather watchband needs replacing. I could buy a nice watch with that money. I think the regular line is ridiculously overpriced.
Mine is similar to this one, but the gold is vermeil and not solid gold. I've had other fashion watches, but they are more for fun. DH keeps prompting to me to buy a Fitbit--he loves his. But I don't want to. TMI for me--I don't need to know how many hours of sleep or how many steps I got today.
