Watch update

So I took my Michael Kors rose gold watch to Nordstrom to see if they could repair the bracelet. They said they could send it to Michael Kors and I would have to pay for the repair. I asked them to call me if it cost more than $100. It will take 6-8 weeks.
Currently I'm wearing this watch:

It's actually a bit hard to read because there isn't enough contrast in the numbers and hands.

I also saw really nice Burberry and Tag Heur watches at Nordies, but I didn't enquire about the price. I'm sure they're much more than my current watch.

first, i like the costco watch. i also like the tortoise from your last thread.

second, the contrast between the numbers and the watch face on the costco one is less than the one you have. do you think you'll have an easier time reading the numbers on this one?

I would have a tough time reading the Costco watch at a glance. Very pretty though.

Anna, I was looking at a couple of Burberry watches at Christmas. I loved one that was two tone silver and rose gold; it was around $600 so more than MK but lots less than Tag.

I like the white one but I also like the one that you are wearing.

I do like the one you have, but it seems like you could still use a lighter color in your life. I like the white but agree I'd find it hard to read. The shell face does have all the pretty pastels in it, though. I wonder if there are any good ones out right how that are all mother of pearl...
